What is your hire fee?

Our hire fee varies depending on the location of the event and furniture hired. On average, it takes:

1-2hrs for two staff members to load the trailer, van or truck.
Up to 3 hours to deliver the furniture.
Another hour to unload the items.
Travel back to the warehouse.
Return the next day to collect, pack up and clean up.

On your quotation, the hire fee covers payment of 2 staff members, petrol and travel expenses, plus cleaning costs (unless additional fees apply). We try our very best to keep our delivery fee to a minimum and we do not make a profit on delivery charges.

Are you able to provide a discount?

On many occasions we do offer our valued clients a discount. Please refer to our 'Packaged Deals' for extensive savings. Keep a look out on our Facebook and Instagram pages, as we update these regularly with promotions.

Can I DIY?

Yes, we allow a 4 day hire period. Pick up is from either Stratford or Seaford. Pick up and drop off can be arranged with our directors. If the furniture is not received back within the correct time frame, additional charges may apply. Please note, we do not allow DIY on our Arbors and Arches. A staff member of Otto and Chaise can set these up for you.

Do you set up Wedding Ceremonies?

Yes, we can certainly set up your ceremony for you. If extensive decor is needed, we will refer you to one of our trusted stylists, who will design the space and set up for you. If you simply, require furniture and an arch/arbor, we will add this service to your quotation.

Can I change my order prior to the event?

We try our very best to cater for all our clients. On receiving your deposit, the selected furniture is not available to any other individual. Therefore, we do not allow you to reduce what is already on your quotation, as it is loss of opportunity. We can however, add to your quote, or exchange items of the same value, subject to availability.

Is my deposit refundable?

No, your deposit is not refundable, should you need to cancel. Otto and Chaise reserves the chosen furniture on your selected date, making those items unavailable to other clients.

Do I need to pay a Booking Deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit of $200 to secure your event date and furniture. Once you have received your quote, you have 7 days to make your payment. We can not secure your items without this booking deposit.

When is full payment expected?

Full payment is expected 14 days prior to your event. If your event is booked within 14 days of your event, full payment is expected.

Will my wedding or event be publicized?

We love receiving client photos! At times, these photos may be used on Facebook, Instagram, on a Blog or in a Magazine.

On payment, the Hirer agrees to publicly release images for advertising and marketing means. Photos may be shared

on Facebook, Instagram or Website, unless otherwise stated by the Hirer.

Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes, the minimum spend is $500 if your require delivery. If you pick up from our warehouse the minimum spend is only $300.
